Our Services

Institutional-level Needs Assessment

The Graceville foundation will conduct an institutional-level needs assessment assessing schools, orphanages, teachers, parents, and students. The assessment process will help identify gaps between current conditions and desired conditions, prioritize identified needs, and implement tailored strategies and evidence-based interventions to address needs.

After-school Enrichment Programs

The Graceville foundation will implement afterschool programs that will focus on building the student’s physical, emotional, moral, psychological, and spiritual characteristics. Implementation of afterschool programs will be tailored based on the results of the gaps assessment conducted in individual schools.

12-week Mentoring Program

The Graceville foundation will implement a 12-week mentoring program that will help develop critical social skills, encourage academic achievement and provide positive, life-enriching experiences for vulnerable and low-income students.

Community Outreach and Mobilization

Community residents and local organizations will be used as community mobilizers to enhance leadership capacity (such as board members, community volunteers, and committee chairs) for systematic implementation of strategic plans and the facilitation of community change.
